Guests' personal data are processed by the Emperor Wilhelm’s Railway Station (Transfer Art-System Rafał Grabowski, Wilimowo 1A, 11-041, Olsztyn) as the Personal Data Administrator in accordance with art. 6 clause 1 lit. b GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

General Regulation on providing personal data by the Guest is voluntary, but necessary to set up an account, use some electronic services, make a reservation and on the day of arrival after completing the registration card, also the stay. Emperor Wilhelm's Railway Station uses appropriate and legally required technical and organizational means, ensuring the protection of processed personal data.

Guest's personal data made available as part of the online booking system will be processed by the Emperor Wilhelm's Railway Station for specific, specified purposes indicated as part of individual forms of the online booking system and described in the Privacy Policy. The Guest’s personal data will be processed for a period not longer than is necessary for the proper service provided and enabling the business to send personalized commercial information, provided only that the Guest has agreed to such commercial information. After this time, the data is stored only for the purposes of securing claims or a discount policy.

The guest has the right to delete data, provided that the storage of such data is not required by statutory provisions. As a rule, depending on the use of specific functionalities, the guest has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority for the protection of personal data, the right to object, the right to access his personal data, request rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and transfer of data.

In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and relevant acts of Polish law, as well as European Union law, in particular the GDPR, shall apply.
